Whether sitting in your room looking out towards the harbour or in the dining room with views out to sea, your experience at the hotel will be enhanced by its food.
Head Chef Richard Agnew and his partner Lisa Healy, pride themselves on sourcing fresh, seasonal and local ingredients… you can almost touch the lobster pots that are collected just by the harbour! At the Pierhouse Restaurant we endeavour to use only the freshest local ingredients. This includes hand dived scallops from East Loch Tarbert, mussels from Loch Leurbost and delicious Lewis Lamb.
The food successfully combines the classical with the modern and will not disappoint. From breakfast to dinner a range is on offer daily that will please all appetites, diets and cravings.
An eclectic range of wines from around the world, with many available by the glass, ensures that every 'foodie' occasion at the Hotel will be an enjoyable one.
